1. Eligibility and Account Access

• You must be 18 years of age or older to use the App.
• You can access the App by signing in via Apple Sign-In or Google Sign-In.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

2. Subscriptions and Billing

Willy offers auto-renewing subscriptions, including:

• Weekly subscription
• Yearly subscription
• Weekly subscription with a 3-day free trial, which automatically converts into a paid subscription unless canceled during the trial.

• All subscriptions are processed via Apple App Store or Google Play Store, and must be canceled directly through those platforms.
• No refunds are provided for partially used periods or accidental purchases.

3. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, or profit from the training plans, programs, or any other content within the App.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.
• Use the App in any unlawful or unauthorized manner.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, routines, and material in Willy are the exclusive intellectual property of Frojo Investment AB. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

5. No User Interaction or Uploads

• The App does not allow user-generated content or communication between users.
• You may track your progress, but such data is stored securely and not visible to others.

6. Health and Medical Disclaimer

• The App provides information related to sexual health, performance, and wellness training.
• We do not offer medical advice. Always consult a licensed physician or healthcare professional before beginning any exercise or health program, particularly if you have underlying conditions.
• The App may mention or support certain supplements or external practices, but we do not guarantee safety or efficacy. Use at your own risk.
• Results may vary and are not guaranteed.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the App.
• Your use of the App is at your own risk.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Sweden. Any disputes shall be handled in the local courts of Sweden.
